The Custom Project Uploader is a desktop automation tool that allows users to upload video files from their local computer directly to their drafts folder (Drafts) on TikTok via the official TikTok upload API (using the authorized video.upload scope).

2. Content Responsibility

The end-user is solely and exclusively legally responsible for the videos they choose to attach, upload, and publish on TikTok through the application. The user declares and guarantees possession of all necessary copyrights and image rights for the content, ensuring that the videos do not infringe current laws, third-party rights, or the TikTok Community Guidelines.

Custom Project assumes no responsibility for copyright infringements, misuse of content, penalties, blocks, video removal, or account suspensions on TikTok resulting from the user's actions with the application.

3. Use of Official APIs

The application uses official TikTok API features. By using the software, you also agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service and their respective developer policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is," without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for temporary upload failures resulting from instabilities in TikTok APIs, local internet connection issues, or technical changes on partner platforms.
